Service Minimum
Clarity has a $180 minimum + parking meter/parking garage costs (where applicable) to do work in the city of Chicago and Chicagoland Suburbs, and a variable price range + parking to do work outside of Chicago and Chicagoland Suburbs. Common Area minimum is $250.
Carpet & Area Rugs
Carpet and rugs are priced by the square foot: ~.45¢ ft² carpet, ~$1.67 ft² rug. Stairs: $4.50-$5 per.
Standard 1 bedroom = $65, 2 bedrooms = $130, 3 bedrooms = $195
Standard living room = $115
Standard hallway = $27
Standard flight of stairs = $54
Standard basement = $135
Standard area rugs: 4x6 = $40, 5x7 = $58, 6x9 = $90, 8x10 = $134 10x12 = $200
High-end rugs: 4x6 = $48, 5x7 = $70, 6x9 = $108, 8x10 = $160, 10x12 = $240
Furniture/Upholstery
Furniture is priced per piece, depending on the piece itself, size, and condition.
Loveseat/Couch/Sofa = $160-$200
Arm Chair/Chaise = $60-$90
Sectional = $225-$350+
Dining Chair = $25-$45
Ottoman = $35-$60
Mattress = $100-$140+
Headboard/Bedframe = $80-$120
Decorative Throw Pillows = $7-$10 each (optional)
